There are two places where colleges were less helpful for HRC than Obama:

• HBCUs — Clinton netted fewer votes than Obama in these places because turnout was way down (FAMU, Morehouse, Albany State)
• Rural state schools — turnout was same/slightly down, Clinton support was down, and GOP support was up. Examples:

UM-Duluth

U of Maine

University of Northern Iowa

Plymouth State University (NH)

UW-Eau Claire

Biggest increases in net vote for Hillary (compared to Obama) came from:

• Flagship public universities (UNH, Iowa, UVA, UMichigan, Texas, UMN)
